Delivery and Self-Pickup
Qurbani Online offers doorstep delivery for customers, as well as the option to visit us on EID DAY 1 and pick up your meat yourself. You can choose your desired slot for home delivery or self-pickup on Eid Day 1. Delivery time slots are based on a first-come, first-served basis. Hurry up, as there are limited slots available. Your pickup time will be communicated to you before Eid Day.
Terms and Conditions
Qurbani order bookings will remain open until 09:00 am of Zilhuj 9, 1446 Hijri. Delivery will be made to the address specified by the customer on the completed order form, only on the ground floor. Customers can cancel their order up to 5 days before Eid, with any amount paid in advance refunded. Modes of payment accepted include Bank Transfer/Bank Deposit, Credit/Debit Card, Advance Cash Collection, and Pay at Store.
Self-pickup customers will have the option to collect their orders from the Qurban Gah (Qurbani Online Private Limited, House No.392, Block No.1, Sector. A-II, Township, 54770, Lahore, Pakistan)
) mentioned in their order checkout summary, within the designated time slot of that respective day.
Qurbani Online /Customer Qurbani Agreement
Under this agreement, Qurbani Online provides three types of services:
1. Purchase of a Sacrificial Animal or its share on the customer’s behalf.
2. Sacrifice of the Sacrificial Animal in accordance with Shariah principles.
3. Meat Cutting and Delivery to Customers.
The Sacrificial Animal purchased for the customer will comply with Shariah requirements and quality and hygiene standards. The average weight of goat meat will be 18 KG +-2 KG, and the average weight of cow’s portion meat will be 18 KG +-2 KG. The final weight of the meat will be determined only after the sacrifice. The determination of the sacrificial animal for the customer and its possession will take effect immediately before the sacrificial process.
There are two slots for Cow and Bull. Goats will only be males. The animal will be sacrificed in accordance with Shariah principles, and the meat will be prepared and supplied in accordance with hygiene principles. Animal by-products such as trotters, heart, kidney, and liver will not be kept separate but will be distributed equally/jointly as per share. By-products like the animal’s head, excess fat, stomach, intestines, etc., will be discarded.
If the customer is unable to collect the meat on time, we are obligated to donate/distribute it to the deserving. The sacrificial animal’s skin will also be donated.
Upon booking the order, the customer enters into this agreement with Qurbani Online. The sacrificial meat designated for each person will be kept separately and provided according to the details mentioned in the receipt. It is the customer’s responsibility to safeguard the receipt issued at the time of booking. Collection/delivery of meat will be completed upon presentation of the receipt.
Qurbani Online shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, etc. Qurbani Online reserves the right to cancel any order due to availability, confirmations, and/or any other reason deemed fit by the company. Customers can also cancel their orders up to 5 days before Eid, and in case of advance payment, they will receive a full refund (subject to applicable bank charges).
